Guarantor

Banks lend against documents. Most livestock farms cannot produce them.

In development

What it does

A farm can be well run and still be unfinanceable, because nothing about it is written down in a form a credit committee accepts.

Guarantor takes the Farmci Record to banks, insurers and development finance institutions, and works with them until it is accepted as evidence.

Guarantor is in development. Today we are building the record and beginning conversations with lenders.

Guarantor carries the record outward. Nothing is generated here: it takes what Backspace produced and works with each institution on what they would need to see before they could lend.
